Dispensing, Coating and Custom Automation Equipment from PVA at productronica
PVA, a global expert in dispensing, coating and custom automation, today announced that it will be running live dispensing demos in Hall A2, Booth #253 at productronica, scheduled to take place Nov. 12-15, 2019 at the Neue Messe München in Munich, Germany. Demos will be available for the following equipment: Delta 8 with MR2, Delta 8 featuring a PCS150 & PC150 fed by a VPK-2K for 2K coating, Delta 8 equipped with a FCS300-ES, SJ100 & FC100-CF for film coating, and Delta 6 configured for PCB assembly (surface mount adhesive, underfill, encapsulation, etc.).
Designed for multiple applications, the Delta 8 System is flexible beyond conformal coating. The MR2 highlights the Delta 8’s fluid dispensing capabilities. The MR2 is a versatile servo-controlled rod dispenser for processing single or dual component chemistries requiring a high level of dosing accuracy.
Utilizing a volumetric displacement concept, the MR2 is capable of processing a wide range of chemistries, including viscous filled or abrasive materials, without concern to slight material changes from batch-to-batch or due to atmospheric conditions. This results in a more accurate dispensing process for difficult to process chemistries.
The Delta 6 is a flexible robotic conformal coating/dispensing system that is ideal for selective coating, potting, bead, and meter-mix dispensing applications. The robust overhead three-axis motion platform is suitable for inline or batch operations. The Delta 6 has a slim footprint, rigid structure, and robust gantry configuration designed for high accuracy and demanding applications.
Experts from PVA will be on hand in the booth to answer any questions about dispensing and coating, as well as other application solutions in the PVA line-up such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
