ANDA Sweeps up FIVE Mexico Technology Awards
Anda Technologies, a leading provider of fluid application and custom design manufacturing equipment, is pleased to announce that it was awarded five 2019 Mexico Technology Awards. The company won in the following categories: Cleaning Equipment for the AP-3P Selective Atmospheric Plasma Treatment System, Curing for the VCO Series Vertical Curing Oven, Dispensing Equipment for the iJet7, and Robotic Handling Equipment and Editor’s Choice for the ADS Series Robotic Arm. The awards were presented to the company during a Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2019 ceremony that took place during the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum.
The Anda ADS Series Robotic Arm was selected for the 2019 Editor’s Choice Award. The series is easy to operate and automate. All three systems – ADS260, ADS400 and ADS600 – each have outstanding collaborative abilities that will make them a favorite on the production line. The series is suitable for medical equipment, semiconductor, telecommunication, and solar applications such as assembly, handling, sorting, laminating, coating, dispensing, curing, etc.
The AP-3P Series can accommodate dual nozzles top and bottom, operated simultaneously and inline with fluid dispensing or selective conformal coating for achieving maximum productivity.
The VCO-70 Vertical Curing Oven increases productivity, improves quality and reduces costs with vertical format curing solutions. VCO-70 works in-line, vertical automation for curing processes. In-line automation increases productivity by eliminating the labor needed to load and unload to batch ovens.
The iJet-7 and iJet-7L fluid dispensing systems offer both precision and flexibility with a combination of electronic dispensing head and control software. This machine is capable of dispensing adhesives and sealants.
The Mexico Technology Awards acknowledge the latest innovations available in Mexico produced by OEM manufacturing equipment and materials suppliers over the last 12 months.
