The latest ThermoActive Suite reduces temperature deltas. Advanced Synchronous PCB and component thermal delivery controls potential temperature deltas regardless of PCB mass and component characteristics.

Additionally, the latest software version reduces temperature overshoot potential. The new SMART Algorithm feature anticipates and adjusts system settings automatically prior to attaining the desired peak temperature limit, thus ensuring your IC is not subject to temperature overshoot.

The ThermoActive Suite offers the industry’s best PCB controlled cooling via PDR’s Automated Forced Air CoolingSystem, infrared heating and the latest in controlled cool down PID technology. The Set Peak Temperature Easy Command automatically adjusts your profile parameters when reflow occurs without having to manually input or adjust your profile settings.
