Would you say Canada is a growing region in the industry?

The Canadian marketplace for electronic manufacturing, both EMS & OEM has pretty well been a roller coaster for the past 3 decades. I believe maintaining the Canadian dollar vs the US dollar at its present rate will ensure that our Canadian products will be competitive on the world stage & our manufacturing sector will remain strong.

What do you see for the future of Electronics Assembly in Canada?

I am optimistic that this steady growth, combined with the desire of manufacturers to automate & connect their production lines will fuel our business moving forward.

Hot Line:

A multitude of hot products from our major suppliers such as Juki, ITWEAE, & Alpha provide our customers with advanced manufacturing capabilities, along with full automation & connectivity. Intelligent component storage & counting will substantially increase line efficiency by reducing pick & place setup times, and potentially eliminating line stoppages due to component shortages & exhaustion. Also our advanced soldering materials from Alpha will significantly increase profitability by reducing and eliminating end of line defects and manufacturing costs.x
